At
The Falcon Freedom School, you won't see us advertise that our karate programs
will definitely improve a child's grades, give a person self-esteem, improve
someone's confidence, or anything like that. We can say that we have a
well-thought-out curriculum, a great Staff, and wonderful Instructors who love
what they do and genuinely care about our Students and their families, and
Students who are so awesome that we have to pinch ourselves to make sure we're
not dreaming. All of these things combined, we believe, make our School what it
is. We have noticed through the years that our program does different things for
different people, lots of things that we never would have thought to advertise.
So, instead of tooting our own horn, so to speak, we'll let others tell you
first-hand what they think and why The
Falcon Freedom School works for them.
"Karate is the best family activity we have ever done."

"The Freedom School has been a blessing in my
children's lives. They have developed a better level of self-confidence,
self-control, and a healthy way to enjoy good exercise, while learning important
life skills! I also love the family of great Instructors that the children
respect and know they can look up to for help. The other members and families
are a nice community to belong to."

"As principal of Peyton Elementary, I wanted to let you know how much we have
enjoyed and benefited from the beginners' class Mr. Rock offered here earlier in
the school year. We are small, so the class wasn't large, but the positive
comments from children and their parents encouraged others to enroll in classes
he offers on Highway 24. (We get tired of always having to drive to the
city for our children to be involved in extra-curricular activities.)
Today, he even came to second grade for "Show and Tell." I am so glad I
listened to the mother of a former student when she said we ought to offer this
at the elementary. Thank you for providing us this opportunity, especially
with Mr. Rock as the instructor; he seems to understand our need.

"We
would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Emil Rock for holding his
introductory martial arts classes here at our school during the first semester
of the 2005-2006 school year. The students and parents thoroughly enjoyed the
classes as well as Mr. Rock’s enthusiasm and teaching techniques.
We
appreciate the opportunity to establish a relationship with Mr. Rock on a
personal and professional level. We look forward to both aspects of this
relationship continuing well into the future.
Although the course has ended here at our facility, a number of students chose
to continue pursuit of martial arts at Mr. Rock’s facilities. We very much hope
that such an opportunity again arises in the future in offering our school’s
facility to hold similar events."

"The
Rock family and Freedom School have been such a great learning experience for
Zach. They have provided not only instruction in self-defense, but also
increased his self-confidence. He now has a new set of friends and he's earned
his purple belt. Thank you Freedom School."
Judy and Zach H.
"I
am writing on behalf of Mr. Emil Rock of the Freedom School of Martial Arts.
During the 2004-2005 school year, Mr. Rock began a martial arts program at my
school. This was an after school extra-curricular program. The
program was very beneficial to the school because it allowed students the
opportunity to participate in a structured, after school sport without having to
be transported somewhere else. Many of my students were involved and
enthusiastic about Mr. Rock’s program.
Throughout the program, I was impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Rock.
He was very skilled at having a structured, well-organized, and disciplined
program. Students were always engaged and never out of control.
Although I am not overly familiar with martial arts, Mr. Rock appeared to be
very knowledgeable and competent. Many parents were impressed with how the
program
was
impacting their children.
I would
highly recommend Mr. Rock and his martial arts program to any school. I plan to
allow him to run the program at my school again. It is something that the
school really benefits from."

"The
Freedom School has provided my children with great discipline. My children love
coming to class. I've been very surprised that my daughter, who is only 4, has
been able to stay focused on her training. My son, who is 6, helps her with
practice at home. Mr. Rock has made it a very comfortable environment for
training, the kids just love him and respond so well to him. I really feel that
the school will help my children in the future so they can avoid danger at all
costs, and defend themselves when necessary."

"The Freedom School of Martial
Arts has taught our grandson focus and discipline. The teachers keep the lessons
fun and offer great motivation."

From our Fall 2005 Newsletter:
"Hi. My name is Spencer H., and I am a Student from the Freedom School of Martial
Arts. I like it very much because it does more than teach you martial arts.
First, it helps keep me fit and I'm also becoming stronger. Along with teaching
us self-defense, the instructors teach us to be humble and not to brag or use
our training to bully others.
My baby brother, Conner, who
is 6 years old, and I just graduated from our white to our purple belts. Not
only did the Instructors take the time to teach us the techniques, we were able
to practice with each other at home, which has helped Conner and I become
closer.
Our dad came to our
graduation and liked the demonstration so much he is thinking of joining. We
sure hope he does because it would be fun to spar with our dad. Plus, we would
always be one rank higher than he would be. By the time we were black belts, if
we pass our test, we would be a family that trains together. This is a great way
for a dad or even a mom to spend time together."

"Falcon Freedom School has
given Justin a great feel of accomplishment every night as he accomplishes
something each night, personal or as a group."
